Why does changing apps require another identifier?
Each player may display its own MAC / Device ID. Save it on the account connection you use.
Can I use two devices?
Check the connection count included in your subscription and current promotion conditions. Configure each device on its own connection.
Does reload activate a subscription or licence?
No. Reloading configuration, a TV subscription and a player licence are separate things.
