Choose an iOS / iPadOS app

Check the recommended checkout app for iPhone or iPad and its availability in the device store. Windows installers and Fire OS / Android TV APKs do not install on iOS. Specify the model if you use Apple TV or Mac: these are not the same device type as iPhone.

Keep configuration in your account

Follow the instructions for the connection you use in your account. Do not send passwords, PINs or portals in chat or copy another device’s details. Check the included connection count and compare Wi-Fi with another network if playback buffers; repeated reloads do not test internet connectivity.
