XTREAM.roModel and app store
Check the TV model and year, then the apps available in LG Content Store. Choose a compatible app listed in checkout. Do not install an Android or Fire OS APK on the TV merely because it has the same player name.
App configuration
Open the player on the TV and compare its MAC / Device ID locally with the affected account connection. When changing apps, save the new app’s identifier. A player licence is separate from the TV subscription; reloading does not activate it.
Reload after confirmation
In SmartIPTV press Back twice, choose Settings and find Reload Playlist at the bottom. In NET IPTV use the 0 key; if the remote has no digits, check the on-screen numeric remote. For other players follow the selected app’s instructions and fully reopen it after confirmation.
