XTREAM.roChoose for the TV you use
For viewing in Austria, start with the device system and a compatible app. We recommend Anume Player on Firestick; use the Anume Player guide on Android TV / Google TV and check checkout apps on LG or Samsung. Changing the TV store language does not automatically change app availability for your model.
Test where you will watch
A phone test over mobile data does not automatically test your home TV. Test the device and network you will actually use. In a hotel or temporary accommodation, check Wi-Fi sign-in; an unfinished network login page can prevent internet access.
Account, payment and additional devices
Keep your actual country and billing details in the account. The final amount and available methods appear before payment. Device count follows the subscription or current promotion; configure each connection separately. Send support your XT code and exact error, not access credentials.
Home and temporary networks
If using a temporary residence or Wi-Fi with a sign-in page, complete that sign-in on the device first. Check playback access and data limits. For interruptions, compare another channel and Ethernet with Wi-Fi when possible; switching apps does not necessarily fix an unstable network.
