XTREAM.roChoose for the TV you use
For viewing in France, start with the device system and a compatible app. We recommend Anume Player on Firestick; use the Anume Player guide on Android TV / Google TV and check checkout apps on LG or Samsung. Changing the TV store language does not automatically change app availability for your model.
Test where you will watch
A phone test over mobile data does not automatically test your home TV. Test the device and network you will actually use. In a hotel or temporary accommodation, check Wi-Fi sign-in; an unfinished network login page can prevent internet access.
Account, payment and additional devices
Keep your actual country and billing details in the account. The final amount and available methods appear before payment. Device count follows the subscription or current promotion; configure each connection separately. Send support your XT code and exact error, not access credentials.
Interface language, audio and subtitles
A French-language TV interface does not automatically select every programme’s audio language. Check the available audio tracks and subtitles for the title being played; availability depends on the content. If only one title has no sound, try another and report the title and app to support.
